 ] Overview:\nThis seminar combines two essential elements of medico-legal 
 practice: setting the claimant up for a clear and effective assessment\, a
 nd critically reading the orthopaedic medico-legal report that follows.\n\
 nUsing our ongoing hypothetical claimant\, we will explore strategies for 
 preparing claimants to participate in their assessment confidently and acc
 urately—without crossing the line into coaching. Participants will then 
 learn how to unpack the resulting report: identifying structure\, key find
 ings\, assumptions and limitations\, and understanding how these conclusio
 ns can impact case strategy outcomes. \n\nBy integrating preparation with
  interpretation\, this session provides a practical\, start-to-finish unde
 rstanding of the medico-legal process—equipping lawyers and claims manag
 ers with the tools to support claimants\, assess reports with confidence\,
